About Tip-Ex

Tip-Ex07, which was held in May 2007, marked the return of a dedicated, annual tipper show – something that the tipping industry has been sorely lacking for the last 10 years.
And by effectively recreating the essential elements of tipper shows of years gone by, Tip-Ex07 proved to be a smash hit with both exhibitors and visitors alike.
Held in Harrogate, the spiritual home of tipper folk, this unique exhibition featured virtually all the major tipper industry manufacturers and service providers.
Around 4,000 high quality visitors were able to see the latest products and services on offer in a relaxed, friendly environment, while exhibitors gained access to genuine, interested buyers.
However, like previous tipper shows, Tip-Ex07 wasn’t just about business. The gala dinner attracted 400 diners who were entertained by the ever popular Tom O’Connor and a 60’s tribute band. And there were plenty of opportunities to socialise in the many bars and restaurants or visit the top-class shops and other facilities that the beautiful Yorkshire spa town has to offer.
Now Tip-Ex08 is set to be bigger and better than the 2007 event, which was judged to be a winner by both exhibitors and visitors.

Building on the very positive feedback from Tip-Ex07, organisers G&T Events have made several important changes to make the 2008 Show even more attractive and even better value for money, including:

• Exhibition will now include all 4 upper Halls at the HIC
• The show will be open from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th May
• Most stand prices have been reduced
• Visitor entry prices have been reduced

However the key to the success of Tip-Ex is that it is dedicated solely to the tipper industry and this remains the overriding focus for the organisers.
